Volunteer Board Members 

We are looking to add 3 Board Members. 

Serve with Purpose. Lead with Heart.

Use your professional gifts to help expecting moms, adoptive families, and foster youth thrive through a Christ-centered, pro-life mission.

Adoption Finder is expanding our Board of Directors and inviting passionate, skilled leaders to join us in advancing hope, education, and practical support for families in need.

Why Join the Board?

As a Volunteer Board Member, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the direction and growth of Adoption Finder. You’ll use your skills and network to strengthen our foundation, expand our reach, and ensure every initiative is rooted in stewardship and faith.

We’re especially seeking professionals with experience in:

• Finance & Budgeting
• Grant Writing & Fundraising
• Sponsorship Development
• Business Development & Growth Strategy
• Donor Management & CRM Systems
• Social Media & Marketing
• Public Relations & Communications

Your Responsibilities

• Attend quarterly virtual board meetings and serve on at least one committee.
• Contribute your professional expertise to help guide strategy and decision-making.
• Help identify, cultivate, and manage donor, sponsor, and community relationships.
• Support fundraising initiatives, grant opportunities, and donor campaigns.
• Act as an ambassador for Adoption Finder within your network and community.
• Ensure the organization’s financial and ethical integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• Alignment with Adoption Finder’s pro-life, faith-based mission.
• Experience in one or more of the key skill areas above.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Integrity, accountability, and a servant’s heart.
• Prior nonprofit or board experience is helpful but not required.
• A heart for adoption, foster youth, and the pro-life movement.

Time Commitment

Approximately 5-10 hours per month, including quarterly virtual meetings and project-based support.

This is a volunteer position with flexible, remote participation available across the U.S. Note: this position is not paid.
